  • The MDTF has reached over 5.7 million beneficiaries, of whom approximately 2.8 million are females.

  • Improved health service delivery is benefitting 3.2 million people in five districts of KP.

  • An estimated 300,000 people benefit from community infrastructure in three southern districts of KP.

  • FATA Development Household Survey has been conducted.

  • A total of 7,500 citizens of Khar (5,000 males and 2,500 females) benefit from rehabilitated roads, provision of household water and solid waste management.

  • Almost 39,000 students (33.414 girls) benefit from newly-established schools in 12 districts.

  • A total of 1,224 matching grants have been disbursed and an estimated 23,000 jobs created through this support in KP and FATA.

  • A total of 561 shortlisted primary and middle schools for girls in Balochistan independently re-verified for construction;

  • GSP becomes the first-ever project to implement an on-line accounting system in KP and FATA;
  • A total of 85 farmers get wheat seeds and fertilizer in 24 villages in Mohmand Agency under RLCIP;
  • Under ERRP, 71.5% of the Kanju to Sharif Abad road now complete and fully functional;
  • University of Peshawar students trained to conduct beneficiary satisfaction surveys through an intensive two-day session; and
  • Grants of PKR50.4 million (US$517,905.77 @ 97.31) disbursed under ERKF.

  • About 2.9 km of drains on the roadside completed, to be covered and used as footpaths; and

  • Under Emergency Revitalization of KP and FATA project, 1,365 applications received for SMEs ; 148 processed, 65 grants worth PKR 41 million (US$ 436, 400 @ 93.95) approved and disbursed.
  • Project PC-1 for Balochistan Disaster Management Project approved; final project signing expected soon.
  • PC-1 for the Governance Support Project approved for USD 2 million.
